A lovely loop round the woods with only a brief spell on the roads through Woburn Sands. Had to rest at 7.5km as Soph’s calf was bad again and we were slow after that but otherwise felt ok.
Trying to find a longer run round the full perimeter. Some good bits, some bad. Very wet under foot.
Re-visiting old haunts on the way to oxford. Nice run.
