    这是第一天走的大部分的路程。一路是高山草原风光，缓缓上坡。是六天里面最轻松的一天。之前下载的轨迹跟这一部分吻合，但是在第二天是走另外一个路线的，后来当地牧民指点说那是个旧路线，现在已经基本没有人走了，溜索也不知道是不是还在运行……后来就往他们指的方向走。

    今天有一段爬坡比较陡比较长，走完上面景色很赞，远方一片雪山。之后就缓缓下坡路段。之前还有一小段多河地段和沼泽地，但是不需要弄湿鞋子也能过。下坡路段相对很好走，但是有些地方路比较窄，旁边是峭壁，需要注意小心。

    今天过溜索，之前需要爬一段非常陡峭的上山路，需要格外小心。之后淌七趟河，今天过河的水流比较急，最好绑好绳子在河两岸，抓住绳子过河。今天走的路程不太远，但是过溜索和过河需要比较多的时间。十个人需要2-3小时才能过完溜索。

    今天过河几十趟，不需要别人帮助。但是在水大的时候应该小心。今天走的路程比较长，32公里，和之前预计的25公里差得比较远。今天wikiloc抽风了，攀升高度基本是0，不知道怎么算出的3000米。其他数据应该差不多。
