    2014-08-31一行7人，从圈门出发，经过京西古道，翻过雷达站，穿越至潭柘寺，从潭柘寺右侧翻墙后进山，再穿越回圈门。山里野果很多，有酸枣、山梨、橡果、野葡萄、山里红等，行程20公里，历时10小时。

    2014-07-13 07:00从门头沟滑石道村开始上山，经过赵家洼村、定都阁、黄石港、峰口庵、圈门，再回到滑石道村，全程18公里，行程8小时。其间经过京西古道，看到驼蹄窝，有历史沧桑感。建议反穿，从圈门上山，从赵家洼下来。
