Itinerary description
I've run this trail twice and have concluded that I wouldn't recommend it. First, the final 10km transition to asphalt alongside heavy traffic is quite disruptive to say the less. Secondly, on both occasions—once this year and once last year (similar path but ends in Zug)—I sustained a knee injury at the same location (at 25km, yolo 🤦♂️). This forced me to either continue super slowly with pain or resort to walking. So, yeah, 12/10 would not recommend it. Your knees have now been warned 😉.
