Itinerary description
Nice run to Medvedgrad castle on Sljeme hills starting from Zagreb city center. First few kilometers I had to get through some busy streets, but very soon I was running pleasant park paths going uphill with mild grade. Then again quick section with asphalt roads (but way outside of any traffic) and onto trails again. Last section in nice deep forest and bigger grades to the castle. Unfortunately the weather was not the best this day and views could be better... Great trails, great nature, very close to the center.
NOTE: There is about 1.5km extra distance because I did a wrong turn.
