Itinerary description
This track records the running of the Yzerfontein parkrun route. This parkrun is predominantly run off road with the last few hundred metres run on technical trail. The route is front loaded with a gradual climb to just before halfway, after which one experiences wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean, Yzerfontein and surrounds.
