Itinerary description
On foot Taleghan CTY-Parachan VLG-Hillside of Alamkooh Summit(Trail running)(Jul 9, 2018).
-First, hiking a little the Parachan Valley with Family.
-Also Trail running (Mountain running/ fell running/ sky running) some part of the pathway to Hesarchal summit and Alamkooh summit upward and downward.
-Also we visit the holey shrine of "Emamzadeh Haroon" in Joestan VLG.
