Proposta de trail (quasi marató) pujant a Fredes pel Portell de l'Infern des del pantà, GR-7 i pujada a Negrell, Vallcanera i baixada a la Fou per Cova dels Bous, Cova la Roja i Pont Foradat. Una circular per a fondistes que recorre molts dels punts més representatius de la nostra serra.
