Itinerary description

This is my go-to trail/endurance training run. 14k on road, then a solid 2+ hour hike up and down significant hills until reaching the Penang Hill ridge. Then just under 5k run on paved road to the Penang Hill food court. Grab a fresh coconut and mixed fruit plate, then run down Penang Hill, cutting off at the 1.3km (from the bottom) to take the trail over the waterfall, and join up with the MTB Trail going down to the Mt. Erskin Market. I can follow the ridge down for about 20 minutes before the market to get straight to my house. A nice long training distance on mixed terrain and surfaces. Expect 5-6 hours for this route.
