Itinerary description
There are exposed points in karagiannis path (check the photos)
The ascent is very steep 1800m of ascent in 6.6km)
From sykia to lazorema there are clear signs. Be careful at the intersection to karagiannis path. At the beginning there are no signs (check photos)
After a few meters at karagiannis path there are red signs until the end of the path at the pyramids col few meters before the summit.
As I wrote before there are some exposed points and in some parts you need to climb.
The path is at the west face of the mountain so if you start early in the morning there is no sun until the col.
There is no water sources at karagiannis path but at the other side of the mountain you can find water (check photos)
Be careful there are sheperd dogs after vathia laka so grap some rocks and have buttons with you for your own safety.
