Ships Stern, Binna Burra, Lamington NP - Anticlockwise

Certainly not a difficult trail, just lengthy. Make sure you have a good standard of fitness for this distance. Anticlockwise is best as it leaves the exciting elements towards the end. A beautiful well-kept trail, with some debris and fallen branches along the way... Perfect for trail running.

Charraboomba Rock and Kooloobano Point definitely the highlights for me. I'd come back just for that again. I personally wouldn't bother with the Ballanjui Falls... Nothing that spectacular to be honest either upper or lower. Next time will attempt hiking up Egg Rock and Turtle Rock as I felt them call out, "I'm right here... Climb me!"

Only required 1 litre of water today as the wind was cold and fresh. Although trail running about 18kms of the circuit, the colder climate meant almost no sweating... And I usually sweat like a pig. Extreme wind today so couldn't fly the drone unfortunately.

Easy stroll took my time and soaked in the views. Best done on weekdays less people. Quiet with wildlife. I've done this trail. Thank you it was very helpful.
