Itinerary description
He hecho esta ruta combinando otras que encontré en Wikiloc.
Entre el km 2-3 me pasé el desvío y tuve que volver, no hace falta hacer esa parte. Si el agua del lago está muy alta probablemente tengas que nadar.
Cuando tomas el desvío del km 2 el camino se vuelve estrecho, dependiendo de las lluvias de los último días es posible que tengas que andar.
Recomiendo esta ruta, no en difícil de seguir el camino y es muy bonita.

I've done this route based on different routes found in Wikiloc.
Be aware that between km 2-3 I missed the path I had to take, so you don't need to do that part. Also check if the water of the lake is high probably you need to swim. (See photo attached)
When you get the diversion of km 2 the path got narrow and depend of the last rains you'll need to walk.
I highly recomend this route, and you do not need much explanation, it's easy to follow.
