Itinerary description
Such a great race and so close to my home town! I simply had to do this one, even though I was not really ready for 150k! Great route, with awesome views.
In general I know the area pretty well (at least the first 100k of the race), but never crossed the exact route.
Unfortunately, my race finished at about 100k, where I started to feel dizzy and as a result had to slow down significantly, which later resulted in getting cold and loss of energy. After longer stop at the AID station @ 106k, I gave it the last try for the next station, but my body simply refused to cooperate on this one. It took me I think 2h to complete 7k which gave me a clear signal - it's over.
Well... maybe next year...
