More fantastic trails from Queralt.
Down and back up to the hill with the antenna directly opposite then drop all the way down to Cercs. Skirt this and run by the reservoir and then skirt the top of Berga, following the signs for Queralt. Up the final steep hill to the Car park and collapse!!
Feeling better but nowhere near my best, legs are dead and I just feel flat.
