This is a 3.9km trail on mostly flat firetrail. Great for a bit of trail running... so I did 2 laps.
Checked out some large concrete structures in the ground - these are old time sewage / septic reservoirs from WW2 era.
Here's some helpful links to this place that share some of the history as to why it was called "Pooh" - used to be extremely smelly for passengers on trains going past back in the day:
