Itinerary description
Sub 1:30 blast up Logan's Ridge. Small hydration pack - running shoes, tshirt and shorts - 4 energy gels and a clif bar. Descended SE Ridge under headlamp. Heart rate through the roof!
The first part of this route skips the gradual open 'ridge' and heads across the flats and spikes up to the normal trail. Not sure it's the best way to go for a Logan's record run - but is an alternative to try all the same.
