Itinerary description
Easy to moderate until you get to the chapel of Bruguers. The difficult track begins behind the chapel and takes you to the ruins of a castle. From there it is easy to moderate on a wide, mostly unpaved road until you get to a track at your left, well hidden by shrubs. The first stretch is "runnable", the other two thirds hardly (at least for me) until you get to the peak where the watchtower is. From there its mostly downhill with a few flat stretches until you get to the iron cross at La Clota. Past it take the trail right in front of you and down you go with some ankle-breaking sections. Once at the bottom of the valley turn left and up again to take the path along the hill and up to the old water tank. From there down again to La Sentiu picnic area.
