Itinerary description
Easy trail run.
Start just outside of Cheserex where there is an 8-10 car free parking by a small stream and a cemetery.
Go back to Cheserex to pick up the path (yellow, track is all in yellow paths).
After 2-3 km of asphalt you will reach what looks like an old stone-cattle road that goes up. It is more direct than the actual asphalt road which is crosses several times (careful).
Around 1300 metres of altitude you are on smaller trails. You´ll first reach a large anthena (picture 3)...and have a fairly pleasurable 2-4 km run in the La Dole area.
From La Dole (place with the large white spheric container), you will have nice views of Lake Geneva and the alps if you are lucky and sky is clear.
The descent is easy and eventually you hook up with Chemin des Cretes, which will take you down to Cheserex.
