Itinerary description
Holbox is an island located on the North of Yucatan Peninsula, Southeast Mexico. It's a beachy island with blue colour sea, white sand and palms.
In this route we started in our hostel (Hostel Holbox) and turned to the right on the second street. We continued by this street until the end, then we turned right and left. We continued straight until a river, where we crossed it. We continued until we arrived to a big river, where we couldn't cross, then we came back on our foot. Instead of taking the right, we continued straight until the third street that we took on the right. We continued trying to continue by the sea side (pic.1) until Punta Cocos. Then we took the first on the right and then to the right again until we couldn't cross, then we came back on our foot and continued straight instead of taking the left. We continued by the street until the end, then we came back on our foot.
The path is unpaved and flat.
