Itinerary description
Trail shoes needed and poles very adviseable
Terrain was dry but it can be quite muddy
First 6 km from Goldau are steep and have to be walked
First 6 km is well marked but a tad thin and with quite a bit of vegetation in June
Views on crest are quite nice (Zug area, Mythen, Rigi)
The downhill section has 2 or 3 km of GPS missing. Careful 2 km after Wildspitz... I added 2 km and 9 mins to times as it was the path down was through asphalt.
The last few km prior to Goldau (from Lauerz) go through quite a nice park
