Superb ascent of Ella Rock from the Flower Garden Resort at the foot of the Adams Peak coast.
Superb to do at any time but with a sufficiently early departure you will hardly meet anyone and may even be lucky enough to see the sunrise.
It is better to go up very early because it often gets covered in the middle of the morning.
Enjoy it and please don't throw away your rubbish.
