Itinerary description

Ecological Ultra Trail, 90% trail path through mountain, plateau and forest. The Macahel Ecological Ultra Trail track has its own eco system with extremely difficult and instantaneous weather conditions (night, wind, cool, rain, full and fog). It’s one of 9 heat zones in the world. The UNESCO protected world’s number one and Turkey’s only biosphere reserve. Half of the competition takes place over >2000 meters. The runner must be well trained, all equipment ready, and personal competence at a high level. You have to run at least 2 ultra marathons to participate in this race.
