Between antennas and cat road to Palo Huerfino the trails are VERY sketchy, as there are numerous good trails that lead away from the crater rim and direct routing, while the most direct trails are overgrown and extremely obscure. Thus, route finding is the biggest challenge, though there is a moderate amount of vertical gain and loss.
