If you're into trail running, this is a great circuit at Daisy Hill Forest Conservation Park. It will take you around most of the major areas including the Quarry Dam. Stop there if you're up for a swim in this heat! Was crazy hot and humid today at 36ºC so I really felt the fatigue kicking in - however 1L of water was enough to keep me powering on.
If you're into trail running, this is a great circuit at Daisy Hill Forest Conservation Park. It will take you around most of the major areas including the Quarry Dam.
