Itinerary description

This circular run takes in some pleasant scenery in and around Constantia by taking the path along and up the Diepriver path, to the Contour Path, and then down again to and through Cecelia Forest. Good views are had from the Contour Path over the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.

The start and finish point is the open grass area adjacent to Ave Le Sueur.
