Itinerary description
15/07/2019
This route climbs these two Munros from Ichnadamph but instead of coming back the same way from the second summit (Ben More Assynt) I kept running along the attractive ridge to the southeast, descending to the loch (Dubh-Loch Mor). Then back through Am Bealach and downhill following the river. After that, running on pathless ground through the grassy gentle slopes to the caves (Traligill Basin, dangerous, specially with poor visivility as there are holes in the area), and finally closing the loop to return to Dubh-Loch Morhe car.
Very hot day, taking lots of pictures and stopping several times to drink and refill water.
