Itinerary description
This is a great 8 mile trail run that combines the park's signature trail (Company Mill) with its most beautiful and underused trail (Sycamore).
Though I've run both of these trails individually many times, the combination of the two rewards runners with many beautiful views of the park's various creeks from high, forested ridge lines.
There are also many bridges criss-crossing the creeks and long portions of the run are creekside.
There are a few challenging climbs, particularly the climb towards the end of the first section of the Sycamore Trail and the climb to the parking lot on the Company Mill.
Have fun.
