Itinerary description
Carrera Circular con inicio en el casco de Tejeda, subida a la Cruz de Tejeda, paso por la Degollada Becerra y La Goleta, Llanos de la Pez, Roque Nublo, bajada hacia la culata, ascenso hasta la Cruz de Timagada, y vuelta al casco de Tejeda.

This route is very easy to follow, I did have to consult the map on some bifurcations, in particular at some places you'll have three signs marking the same route number. For the most part trail is wide with occasional single track.
I ran this in reverse, but there is a point in running clockwise: You have the option of buying water in Cruz de Tejada, Roque Nublo and La Culata and there's a water post in Cruz de Timagada, which running clockwise is after about 4, 10, 15 and 18K.
Trail near Roque Nublo is crowded with tourists, if you're here as tourist, I recommend take the extra up to the Rock and enjoy the fantastic view.
