Itinerary description
Good workout track for 45 minutes to 1:15 hours. Fully paved, no dirty / muddy trail. Light / Speed trail shoes is recommended, in case of slippery or wet track but hot hard trail shoes as it will hurt your legs. Normal running shoes is alright as long as the track is not wet. This is my second time, being yesterday was the first where I run/walk the trail with jeans and water bottle and mobile phone in my hands. No nice or beautiful view but the surrounding is good with fresh air in the city. Recommended for trail/hill/hiking training but not for adventure.
