A trail run through the forests at Big Red Barn.
Do the 15km once so that you can experience the litter and stench of sewerage in the river. The section along the river is not the most runner friendly.
Otherwise a great route meandering through the trees.
If you are new to trail running then its worth doing.
Held the last Sunday of each month and normally there are 5km, 8km and 15km routes.
