Itinerary description
Really hard trail run from Le Tour climbing up and up and up to Bec de Lachat. We followed the ridge for a little bit (this continues with difficulty all the way to Bec Rouge Superiure) but I was feeling a little light headed with the altitude so turned back.
The decent was fun with hundreds of switch backs them the trail back to Le Tour was also very nice.
