Itinerary description
Started from Ai Giannis around 11 o clock and ran to Kofinas peak. Amazing sunny warm day, around 28 oC at sea level and 20 oC on the peak. First part of the route is mostly from the dirt road that is connecting Ai Giannis to Kapetaniana (when possible I skipped the road and shorten the route). Second part from the dirt road again and then from protected trail to the peak.
Good to have water and some elektrolytes with. Did not find water on the route. Was a run to remember!
