Surprisingly hilly for the Netherlands. Plenty of deer. Sandy underfoot.

Erg mooie en leuke route. Op veel plekken mijdt het de standaard paden. De heuvels op het einde waren voor mij net teveel :) 95% of meer onverhard, altijd een pre vind ik. Veel duinzand en af en toe bos. Weinig lange rechte paden, daar hou ik van zodat de variatie hoog blijft en de kilometers lekker wegtikken.
Please notice the last part of the Koningsweg (at 15 km) is flooded these days and a detour is compulsory!

Amazing route. At km 15th the track was flooded so but there is a possibility to get around the flooded places. It will give you a bit of a struggle for about 1 km, afterward, the route is again runnable. Recommended!
