Motorbike trip from Catalonia to Iran passing through Italy, Albania, Greece, Turkey and Iran.

18-10-2022 - At 7 I have breakfast at the hotel and go to the Nasir al-Mulk mosque (pink mosque) when I arrive it is still closed as they open at 8 and there are a couple of taxi drivers on the street and we talking about Iran, tourism, what the media say that you should not go to Iran because it is dangerous, etc.
The mosque is very beautiful, it has a stained glass window that fills the room with everyone in the morning. The entrance fee is 1 million. There I met a couple from Madrid who have a camera flash and a microphone that looks like they are making a professional report, while the boy films the girl and explains it.
I didn't bring my camera today, it's forbidden in mausoleums but not in mosques, in the two mausoleums I've entered these days you were searched at the door but not in the mosques.
I return to the hotel through the very quiet streets at this time, load the motorbike and head towards Persepolis and Passargada.
Before leaving Shiraz I visit Eram Garden, a magnificent garden with a wide variety of trees, some very old and the noise of the cars around is muffled by the chirping of the different types of birds that live there. It's strange to see a piece of grass and trees without anyone having a picnic and without litter.
A few kilometers to the north is Persepolis, capital of the Persian Empire in the Achaemenid era, which was built by Darius I the Great, it was a large complex with mainly political, administrative and ritual tasks apart from being the residence of the kings Highlights include the great door of the Nations, the room of columns, etc. Near here is Naqsh-e Rostam, a rock wall where the tombs of Darius I himself, Xerxes I, Artaxerxes I and Daruis II are excavated
Continuing north is Pasàrgada, an ancient capital before Persepolis. The tomb of Cyrus the Great stands out.
Here I match a Russian motorcyclist, the first motorcycle traveler I meet, apart from the three Czechs I found on the Greek-Turkish border. He said he wanted to go to Indonesia or India, he said he wasn't very clear about it since he didn't have a visa for Pakistan either.
The road skirts some mountains and before it gets dark I take a track that leads towards the back and find an esplanade to set up the tent.
A car passes with 2 guys who, I don't know how many, they stop to chat, one spoke English well and I asked him if there was a lot of traffic on the track and he said no, that it leads to the manganese mine where there is a bit higher but than the main exit for the trucks is on the other side.
Third fall, the goat's leg sinks into the sand and wanting to put a pebble in it, my bike goes the other way.
In the middle of dinner a car comes down from the mine and stops and the two occupants get out to say hello, one speaks perfect English (from what he says I understand he is the manager) but the other doesn't speak, we spent a good while chatting and the man insisting that I go to his house, he kept saying it very often, I said no, that I'm very well here and thank you very much, he insisting that if I need food or drink or a bath. The people are very welcoming.
