Hi! I’m at Mimizan lake and I tried to follow your steps swiming. When I arrived here some guy told me it is forbiden and there are a lot of “interdité” posters. Do think it is really dangerous? Any clue about local regulations?
If you want I can go with you, when do you want swim.
It's not dangerous but for most security I swim with a life buoy
