I started the route at a bend in the road from Basnko to the station, difficult to park, there is a path of about 200m that connects with the blue route that takes you to the Demianitsa refuge. It is well indicated, it goes parallel to the river, after reaching the refuge, continue through the valley and about 800m there is a detour to the right, marked in green and white in the trees, without loss. If the starting trail does not have good snow, it is not advisable to do it with a splitboard, the part of the refuge to the lake is narrow with quite a slope in some sections and between trees. On this route it's time to paddle, not highly recommended for splitboarding, the scenery ... spectacular.
