Becker peak
Becker Peak Trail is a 2.6 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Echo Lake, California that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from March until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail.
The trail was easy enough to find with other intersecting trails going to the same spot. It was sunny and in the 40's so the snow was soft in done spots. Snow shoes come in handy but are not necessary (I hiked with spikes and gaiters and was just fine). The elevation gain was not too bad. Pretty steep at the end but the hike back down was a breeze!
