Itinerary description

Speedy boat ride around the Island. A whole day adventure. Visited at least 5 major beaches. Had a barbeque along. The coastline has well secluded caves, some large enough for boats to enter. Also a natural sea-water pool, and plenty of sightseeing...

Albatross

Albatross Hotel, the closest to the shore on the whole island. Plenty of water-sports activities on the beach.

Giola, a natural pool

Giola, natural pool of sea-water. Easily approached from the sea.

Golden Beach

Golden Beach is very large. Nice white sand. Free of charge if you approach it from the sea. Two of the highest peaks on Thasos are visible in the background.

Panagia

Panagia - a picturesque village in the mountain. Very preserved and authentic. Inland, just above the view of the beach. Numerous souvenir shops and tasty local food in the restaurants.
