Itinerary description
Look for a one who doesn't know the value of... nor how to fix a good boat.
This boat had a rotting wasp nest smell inside and seller couldn't figure it out.
Keep close watch upon transport guys who can't locate bulkheads, nearly broke it.
Buy the boat and restore it to your satisfaction.
Avoid the unethical, conceited types. (but still smile at them)
Enjoy all the good people associated within marina. (eg., John and others)
Nice beach near-by.
