Trip exported from GARMIN Dakota 20
J36 ~ Wednesday 20/01 The Exumas - Crab Cay - 1.6 nautical
Sky a little overcast but the sun came back quickly, temperature 26 °, wind E 14/16 knots, sea beautiful.
At dawn the sky is clear and the wind has fallen, we plan to leave but the weather of the next days taken, it will be nothing and it is strong wind which is announced first of the East and the next day from the West. So, we cross the basin to anchor in a small cove between Little Crab Cay and Crab Cay. On our arrival here a sailboat and no longer the hundred as before Stocking Island, but in the afternoon we will be joined by five others.
J37 ~ Thursday 21/01 The Exumas - Crab Cay
A little overcast sky, the sun all day will try to break through, temperature 24 °, wind ENE 15/20 knots.
All the morning sailboats will try to find a place in our small anchorage, three will get there. On all the boats, everyone will spend the morning preparing for the bad gale of the day on Friday: they doubled their anchorage, lengthened the chain length of the anchor. Fun ballet schedules from one boat to another to exchange information ...

J38 ~ Friday 22/01 The Exumas - Crab Cay
Overcast in which the sun tries to pierce, temperature 26 °, wind SW 10/12 kn, then S 15 knots late in the afternoon.
At the end of the night the wind eased to the south-east, partly sunny in the morning and light rain showers at noon, again partly sunny in the afternoon. The moorings are checked, the annexes of the boats go from one to the other, one speaks, one makes service. Yesterday, a little lady offered to take our bins to Georg Town, today it is our American neighbor who proposes to do some shopping if we needed it ... A small boat will come to seek shelter here and after turning a long time, tried various corners, finally found shelter!
The West storm is announced in the evening, but if the wind turned as expected, it remained weak.

J36 ~ Saturday 23/01 The Exumas - Crab Cay
Mostly cloudy, high 22 °, wind W 12/14 knots, then in the afternoon 15/20 knots.
The sky is very gray this morning, but the wind remains weak as it is announced strong until tomorrow noon. Hope it will not change, it's more pleasant than being shaken even if we are well sheltered in our small cove. This week's bad weather seems to be a consequence of the Snowzilla storm that hit 17 states in the eastern US causing twenty deaths.
In the afternoon, the wind rises to 15/20 knots and despite the sun, the temperature is cool if you are not immune.
Will we leave tomorrow? It seems like it could be possible.
