The Shakar Parian (literally, "good place") is a hill that rises over Islamabad with a patriotic monument and a statue of dubious taste at the entrance.
The climb is very simple and tended, and soon in the morning it is an excellent place to run if you are in the area. Very quiet, in the early hours it offers a good view over the city.
This route crosses Jasmin and Rose Gardens to take the road that leads to Shakar Parian. Without traffic and just people, it is a route that combines asphalt and path.
