Itinerary description
Flores is a municipality located in Petén province, on the North of Guatemala. It's linked to Santa Elena by a road, but besides of it it's an island. It's very popular between tourist that goes to see the Mayan ruins.
This track starts in our hostel, La Terraza, where we went to the right and crossed to the road that goes to Santa Elena. Once there we took the street on the right surrounding the village and going as near as possible to the lake. When we couldn't go further because of the water, we took a street on the left, and third street on the right to came again to the lake. We continued until the beach, and then we took the street on the left until the end. Then we took to the left, and fourth on the right until the road. There we took the third one on the left and second one on the right, and then second one on the left until Miguel García Granados street. Then we followed the street to the main road, where we took on the left until the end (Calle 4), where we turned right
