Itinerary description
San Cristóbal is one of the biggest cities of Chiapas province, Southeast Mexico. It's considered the cultural capital of Chiapas and it's 2.200m high.
In this track I started on my hostel (Planet hostel) and turned on the right in the street. On the first junction I turned to the left until the fourth street, that I turned right. When I arrived to the square, I took the left and meet the people in the Starbucks. We continued by the street on the left and on the second junction we took on the left and right on the first one. We continued by it, crossed the road and surrounded SEDEM park. We came back on our foot and when we crossed the road we took the sandway on the left going up to San Cristobalito church. We surrounded it (pic.1) and went down on our foot until a narrow path that we took on the right. We came back on our foot, together to Starbucks and by myself to the hostel.
The way is steep going up to San Cristobalito, but apart from that is mainly flat. Also is mainly paved, but the SEDEM part and the San Cristobalito part, where we run on sandways.
