Itinerary description
Starting at Croxteth Gate, Sefton Park, run anticlockwise around the park. The run takes you past Lark Lane with a slow decline all the way to the lake. From here it gets tuff for well over a mile as you ascend Queens Drive, then up the drive until you drop down under the railway line heading North still up Queens Drive. Elm Hall Drive is your next point of turn which will be a left heading towards the famous Penny Lane made famous by the Beatles, and once you reach there, it is yet another left heading back towards the park and university campus on Greenbank Lane. Once at the park its a right turn again anticlock wise until you return to the start.
