Itinerary description
One of the few races in South Africa that are measured in miles instead of kilometers. An undulating run mostly on tar except for the two occasions when you cross the ridge. And mile 8 to 9. Well organised and worth doing.
Its only difficult if you are not used to running on trails.
Course 400m long because the lead bike took a wrong turn.
