Itinerary description
52:15 (10k Time) 2013 Shanghai International Marathon in China on December 1st. The morning was perfect with clear skies and a little cold but was ok. There were about 35,000 runners from over 70 counties today. The course was good but a bit crowded at the start. I had a good run with all the right training before the race to turn a good 10k Time.
