هفتمین تمرین هفتگی باغ جنت (فول مسیر) 1400/02/13

گزارش برنامه
دومین شب قدر امشب خواهد بود و به همین خاطر نقشه کمی عوض شد و محل پارکینگ را بسته بودند و صندلی و موکت واسه برنامه ی دعا چیده بودند . هدف امروز ارتقاء سطح برنامه بود و پیشرفت پس از چندین ماه تلاش همگانی و جمعی دوستان .... به امید خدا برنامه راس ساعت 19 پس از کمی نرمش کششی آغاز شد و مسیر همچنان در هاله ای از ابهام بود و هدف کل پیچ و خم باغ جنت بود. به امید خدا با سرعتی متوسط همه توانستند گروه را همراهی کنند واستارت از پارکینگ اصلی و پایان برنامه و محل تجمع محل تمرین همگانی گروه آرش ( خانم چوگی ) در نتیجه پس از پیمایش تقریبا 10 کیلومتر برنامه به پایان رسید . عالی بود امشب و همه راضی از این پیشرفت خداقوت دوستان. در ضمن دوست عزیزمان محسن رمضانی برنامه ی امروز گروه را با گروه آرش آقای نگهداری پیوند زد و ماشاء الله 19 کیلومتر دوندگی داشت .بعد از برنامه تصمیم بر بازی والیبال گرفتیم با همکاری دوست عزیزمان مسعود حجتی که تور والیبال داشت سمت خروجی باغ به سمت بلوار رحمت والیبالی دلچسب انجام دادیم و در نهایت توپ را به پشت بام ساختمان
مرکز سلامت روانه کردم تا بازی بدون برنده و مساوی به پایان رسد و این کار عمدی نبود و کلی حالمون گرفته شد و پایان
