Itinerary description
The route is run in an anti clockwise direction. The start is downhill on a tar road but soon you end up running on a dirt road along the outskirts of the golf course.
The is a short section of fairly soft sand on the "uphill" side of the course.
The last kilometer is flat with the last few hundred meters downhill on the tar road from the main gate.
A fairly easy parkrun.
