Itinerary description
Although I went out to run this route, the first half is rarely runnable. The rugged terrain makes this more of a hike. After half way you are then left with a wide track that runs downhill to the Caves of Nerja. And then it's back on the roadside pavements into Nerja where you can get the local bus back to Frigiliana.
