Itinerary description
Warning: the first 9 km are mostly asphalt. Its a nice area but don't use the newest trail shoes on this. Arguably, if it has been dry the days before, I can almost be done with road shoes.
The ascent is very gradual so it is all runnable. Done in 3h08 min. at a relaxed pace on a hot summer day i.e. it can be done faster.
